Position Overview

This full‑time, 100% remote position offers a blend of voice and non‑voice responsibilities. You will receive comprehensive training at our Las Vegas hub before transitioning to a flexible work‑from‑home setup. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Enrichment & Verification: Review, complete, and validate enrichment tasks as defined by arenaflex’s client protocols.
  • Application Data Entry: Accurately input vendor resource information, board certifications, and other critical data into electronic files and digital databases.
  • Source Consolidation: Transfer data from multiple sources—spreadsheets, PDFs, emails—into standardized formats for seamless downstream processing.
  • Organization & Sorting: Systematically sort and categorize data to maintain a clean, searchable repository.
  • Voice & Non‑Voice Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing clear information and assistance to customers and partners.
  • Third‑Party Verification: Use online databases to cross‑check information supplied by third‑party entities, ensuring compliance with state board requirements.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to resolve data discrepancies and expedite order processing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, suggest enhancements to data entry tools, and contribute to process‑optimization initiatives.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by arenaflex management to support overall business objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work on both voice and non‑voice processes, with a willingness to adapt to evolving task requirements.
  • Prior experience in an inbound/outbound call center, inside sales, or a related customer‑service environment is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Availability to work a full 40‑hour week and start immediately.
  • Proven adaptability and flexibility in handling process changes and new information.
