  • Training: Three‑week intensive program (10 AM – 5 PM MST, Monday‑Friday).

  • Compensation: $15.00 per hour base plus up to $6.00 per hour performance bonus.

Core Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the digital voice of the brand, handling live chat interactions with precision, empathy, and speed. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Managing 2‑3 simultaneous inbound chat sessions using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform.
  • Guiding customers through product selections, promotions, and lens‑care recommendations to maximize value.
  • Proactively communicating with managers and teammates via one‑on‑one meetings, team huddles, and internal chat channels to ensure alignment and success in a virtual environment.
  • Delivering top‑tier customer service in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on the spot, empowered to make real‑time decisions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics such as revenue per chat, quality scores, availability, and dependability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and comfort with web‑based chat tools.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (≥ 20 Mbps download, ≥ 10 Mbps upload) and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Positive, solution‑oriented attitude with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to consistently show up on time and adhere to scheduled shifts, including required weekend coverage.
