Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the analytical engine behind our account‑management strategy. You’ll partner with cross‑functional leaders, translate raw data into strategic recommendations, and help shape the policies that drive account growth, improve order fulfillment, and reduce customer penalties. Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage SAP, advanced Excel functions, and Microsoft Power BI to analyze account activity, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
  • Make data‑backed decisions that enhance account growth, streamline the ordering process, and simplify the “doing‑business‑with‑arenaflex” experience for customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, highlighting account performance, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and generate ad‑hoc reports that support order management, inventory planning, and customer service initiatives.
  • Utilize continuous improvement (CI) methodologies to reduce order fill‑rate gaps and minimize on‑time delivery fines.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, logistics, finance, product development, and marketing to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for arenaflex, representing the company with professionalism during customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and escalation handling.
  • Participate in both short‑term tactical planning and long‑term strategic account planning sessions, contributing data‑driven perspectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, distributors, and end‑users to gather feedback, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a customer service, account management, or data‑analysis role, preferably within a manufacturing or consumer‑goods environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with SAP ERP and Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets, identify root causes, and propose evidence‑based solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of building collaborative relationships across functional teams and external partners.
