Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to commercial line policy holders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to commercial line policy holders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing policy updates and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with claims and billing inquiries, providing clear and concise information to policy holders.
- Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and reviewing proposals to ensure seamless policy administration.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet policy holders' needs.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of AMS360 is desired but will be trained
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
