As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats.   • *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide top-notch support to customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
  • Use your expertise and knowledge to educate customers on their benefits and options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Required Capabilities**

• 1-year experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure, distraction-free workspace
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
