We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist with a Customer Service Focus. Position Overview

The Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist will support arenaflex's application administration team during a critical organization and user account migration initiative. This role is ideal for someone with excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping customers navigate new technology.

Working closely with our development team and end users, you will help ensure the seamless transition of client accounts into a new application environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within internal applications and client-facing platforms.
  • Support the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a strategic enterprise project.
  • Collaborate with the development team to validate data integrity and ensure successful application setup.
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic application issues and escalating more complex concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Communicate professionally with end users to guide them through onboarding and account transitions.
  • Review and verify source data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency before migration.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project updates to stay aligned with project goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute (wpm).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, formatting, and data organization.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

This flexibility allows you to select the schedule that best fits your routine while remaining fully aligned with project needs and team collaboration hours.
