Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst – Supply Chain Optimization & Data‑Driven Service Excellence (Level 4)

Remote role Full-time Open position

About arenaflex

arenaflex is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, delivering innovative, data‑driven services to millions of customers worldwide. With a legacy of more than a century in transportation, warehousing, and e‑commerce fulfillment, arenaflex combines cutting‑edge technology, deep industry expertise, and a relentless focus on customer centricity to shape the future of how goods move across the planet. Our mission is to empower businesses to thrive by providing seamless, reliable, and sustainable logistics experiences. As part of this mission, we are building a high‑performing analytics team that turns complex data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement in service performance and customer satisfaction.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s hyper‑connected marketplace, customers expect real‑time visibility, flawless execution, and proactive problem solving. The Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in translating those expectations into measurable outcomes. You will lead cross‑functional projects that redesign supply chain processes, develop quantitative models, and deliver strategic recommendations that directly influence arenaflex’s service quality, forecasting accuracy, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Own end‑to‑end project lifecycles for supply chain initiatives that enhance service performance, from concept and design through implementation and post‑launch evaluation, while operating with minimal supervision.
  • Quantitative Solution Development: Design, build, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards that support strategic performance metrics, customer experience KPIs, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Data‑Driven Process Improvement: Leverage sophisticated business analysis techniques and database tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) to uncover inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and drive quality improvements across the logistics network.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance—as well as external customers, to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure seamless execution of cross‑departmental projects.
  • Recommendation & Presentation: Synthesize analytical findings into clear, compelling recommendations; present results and action plans to senior leadership and external partners on a regular cadence.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities for arenaflex and its customers by analyzing trends, performance gaps, and emerging market dynamics.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external contacts, acting as a trusted advisor and champion for data‑driven decision making.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all analytical work complies with internal governance standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices; maintain thorough documentation for auditability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience resolving external customer problems within a logistics, transportation, or supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business software applications, including advanced spreadsheet modeling, relational databases, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Directly related experience may offset the degree requirement; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS in Analytics) may offset experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Master Export Specialist (MES) certification or Certified Export Specialist (CES).
  • Customs Broker License or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation.
  • Quality improvement credentials such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Total Quality Management (TQM), or Quality Development Management (QDM).
  • Hands‑on experience coordinating air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, documentation, and tracking.
  • Familiarity with customs import controls, clearance processes, and international trade compliance.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to translate large, complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent projects with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms; comfortable with data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for customer challenges and a relentless drive to improve their experience.
  • Communication Excellence: Ability to craft concise, compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Skilled at building strong partnerships across functional teams and external partners.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain analytics.

  • Mentorship from senior leaders in logistics, analytics, and digital transformation.

  • Opportunities to lead high‑visibility, enterprise‑wide initiatives that shape the future of arenaflex’s service model.
  • Rotational assignments across global operations, providing exposure to diverse markets and business models.
  • A clear promotion track from Senior Analyst to Manager, Senior Manager, and Director levels, based on performance and impact.
