Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries received via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels. Serve as the first line of communication, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and respected.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer concerns, identify root causes, and deliver accurate, valid, and complete solutions using approved methods, tools, and resources. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism. Transform potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes by demonstrating genuine concern and following through on commitments.
  • Account Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM systems, documenting all interactions, transactions, and resolutions in compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
