Key Responsibilities

  • Enter large volumes of data accurately into proprietary databases, CRM platforms, and cloud‑based spreadsheets.
  • Perform routine data validation, cross‑checking entries against source documents to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate records, and formatting errors, escalating complex issues to senior analysts when needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive client and company information, adhering to GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate virtually with project managers, quality assurance teams, and other clerks via video calls, chat, and shared workspaces to guarantee data integrity.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; a strong academic record demonstrates reliability.

  • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy (≤2% error rate).
