Customer service representative: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Airbnb Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels - Assisting guests with booking inquiries, cancellations, and refunds - Providing guidance and support to hosts on listing management and guest interactions - Handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in using Airbnb platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay is $5 an hour with the possibility of $2 an hour performance bonus.
