Communicate with members and providers to gather necessary information and resolve claim inquiries. Utilize data and reports to identify trends and patterns in claim submissions and payments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions for claim resolution. Conduct thorough research and investigations to determine root cause of claim issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate and organized records of all claim activities and resolutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve complex claim issues. Act as a subject matter expert on claim recovery and resolution processes and provide guidance and support to team members. Continuously monitor and improve claim recovery and resolution processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Proactively identify and communicate potential risk areas and recommend preventive measures. Stay up-to-date with industry changes and trends to ensure best practices are implemented. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
