Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Education Recruiter to become an integral part of our Human Resources team. This remote-friendly position is designed for professionals with a strong background in sourcing and recruitment, whether gained through in-house roles or agency experience. As a pivotal member of our HR team, you will contribute to our mission of fostering educational excellence by attracting top-tier instructors and administrators to support our vibrant community of over 400 students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate a diverse talent pipeline specifically tailored to various instructional teams by employing innovative sourcing strategies to recruit exceptional candidates for current and future needs. Review resumes, conduct initial Zoom interviews, and meticulously document interview feedback. Effectively manage and monitor candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring precise entry of all candidate evaluations. Compose and disseminate job postings across relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants. Leverage your expertise in the education sector to identify and engage the right instructors for our programs. Gain a deep understanding of the academic challenges faced by high school students and the essential qualities that make an instructor an ideal match for our educational offerings. Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to comprehensively understand hiring requirements and requisition specifications. Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail while independently managing the recruitment process. Commit to a maximum of 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability. Required Skills Familiarity with passive sourcing techniques and tools essential for attracting high-quality talent. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Google Workspace. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

A Bachelor s Degree is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field, combined with at least 3 years of recruiting experience. Ability to successfully pass a background check.
