This role is essential for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily HR activities in a distributed environment. You will be responsible for managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records with high accuracy in our HRIS, assisting with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and screening resumes, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires. Additionally, you will help administer employee benefits programs and respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent communication skills adapted for remote interaction, and has a strong grasp of HR principles. A passion for supporting employees and contributing to a positive organizational culture is key. Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role. Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic HR processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
