Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice and personality behind every conversation. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Engaging Customers in Real Time: Handle a high volume of incoming live chat sessions from website visitors interested in automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, financing, and general dealership information.
  • Providing Accurate and Helpful Information: Respond to questions about products, services, promotions, dealership hours, and location details with confidence, accuracy, and a friendly tone.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Narrow down customer availability and preferences to coordinate service appointments, test drives, and showroom visits on behalf of the dealer client.
  • Capturing Quality Leads: Collect and record customer contact information, vehicle interests, and buying timelines to create qualified leads for the dealership's sales team to follow up on.
  • Summarizing Customer Interactions: Document concise, accurate summaries of each chat based on the customer's expressed needs so that the dealer client has a clear record of the conversation and any next steps.
  • Maintaining a Dynamic Knowledge Base: Continuously learn and update your understanding of the ever-evolving automotive and RV product lines, financing options, promotions, and dealership-specific offerings.
  • Representing Dealer Clients Favorably: Uphold the professional image, branding, and customer service standards of each dealer client you support, ensuring every interaction feels personal and positive.
  • Adapting to Change: Thrive in a quick-paced environment where customer inquiries vary widely, priorities shift, and the ability to pivot quickly is essential to success.
