Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a meticulous and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing Aviation Operations Support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple company databases, internal platforms, and operational systems.
  • Review source documents and verify the accuracy and completeness of data prior to entry, ensuring zero-defect records.
  • Identify, flag, and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in a timely and methodical manner.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports, summaries, and data visualizations to support team leads and operational decision-making.
  • Communicate proactively with cross-functional team members—including operations, scheduling, and customer support—to ensure data integrity and consistency across departments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive employee, customer, and operational information in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or back-office support role—preferably 1+ year in a professional setting.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 45 WPM preferred.
