Job Summary We're seeking experienced and entry-level professionals to join our team as ABA/Autism Behavior Therapists. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs established by a BCBA. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while growing your skills and knowledge in the field of ABA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions

  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
  • 1 year of ABA experience (or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills

Physical Requirements: As a Behavior Therapist, you'll be required to:

  • Lift up to 35lbs
  • Perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time
  • Respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor settings
