As a Customer Engineer, you will be the bridge between technical excellence and real‑world business impact. You’ll help clients understand the value of arenaflex Cloud, translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes, and support the delivery of tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and solution teams to uncover business and technical requirements, then design and present customized arenaflex Cloud solutions.
• Lead technical discovery workshops, product demos, and proof‑of‑concept engagements for prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, whitepapers, and technical documentation that articulate the benefits of arenaflex Cloud services.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to provide feedback on market trends, feature gaps, and emerging customer needs.
• Assist customers in creating migration strategies, architecture blueprints, and implementation roadmaps that align with best‑practice guidelines.
• Support bid responses, RFI (Request for Information) submissions, and proposal development with technical expertise.
• Travel to client sites, industry events, and internal training sessions as required to deepen relationships and stay current on technology trends.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of arenaflex Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, micro‑services, PaaS, and security frameworks to provide thought‑leadership to customers.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre‑sales consulting role within a distributed computing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and related ecosystem tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance or eligibility to obtain one, demonstrating a track record of handling highly sensitive government data.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable architectures using APIs, micro‑services, Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS), and container orchestration frameworks.
• Background working with public sector clients, including federal agencies and defense contractors.
• Knowledge of application security best practices, including web application security, identity & access management, and zero‑trust networking.
• Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly, adapt to emerging technologies, and apply innovative solutions in the arenaflex Cloud ecosystem.
