Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.
  • Ensure all chat interactions meet company quality and compliance standards.
  • Accurately log chat interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the companys products, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with basic tasks such as password resets, account issues, and order tracking.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills (min. 35 WPM).
  • Proficient in English with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A calm, patient, and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote work environment.
  • Experience
  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in customer service, online support, or chat handling is a plus.

  • Flexible scheduling Choose between day, evening, or weekend shifts.
  • Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
