We're looking for an experienced Amazon PPC specialist with proven expertise in advertising customized and personalized product listings. This is a hands-on role focused on driving profitable growth for a product catalog that includes customizable items — a niche that requires a nuanced approach to keyword strategy, targeting, and creative.

What You'll Do

Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for customized/personalized listings Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to how shoppers search for personalized products (gift-intent queries, occasion-based terms, etc.) Structure campaigns for maximum visibility across relevant niches while controlling ACoS/TACoS Audit existing campaigns and provide a clear improvement roadmap Monitor performance daily and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights Collaborate with our team on listing copy and A+ content to ensure ad and listing alignment What We're Looking For 3+ years of Amazon PPC management experience Direct experience with customized, personalized, or print-on-demand product listings (please highlight this in your proposal) Strong command of Seller Central, bulk operations, and third-party tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Scale Insights, or similar) Data-driven mindset with clear communication — we want to understand what you're doing and why Ability to work independently and hit deadlines without hand-holding Nice to Have Experience with Amazon's Product Customizer / Custom Listing platform Background in gift, home décor, or personalized goods categories Familiarity with Baseline Bargains or multi-platform e-commerce operations To Apply Please include in your proposal Examples of PPC campaigns you've managed for customized or personalized products (results, ACoS, growth metrics) Your preferred tools and reporting cadence A brief note on the biggest mistake sellers make when running PPC on customized listings A couple of quick questions before you post this Budget/rate — Do you want to include a budget range, or leave it open for proposals?
