Key Responsibilities

  • Search for additional information to complete documents that are deemed incomplete, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Conduct thorough checks on completed work to identify and correct errors or duplicate information, maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
  • Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources to ensure data consistency and relevance.
  • Explore the internet for information relevant to our projects, applying critical thinking to evaluate the credibility and usefulness of sources.
  • Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress, utilizing organizational tools and software to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Investigate reports and sheets of data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement, contributing to data-driven decision-making at blithequark.
  • Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with precision and speed, ensuring all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 35+ words per minute, with high accuracy and the ability to maintain this speed over prolonged periods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
