Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple internal systems, including reservation platforms, cargo tracking tools, and financial databases.
  • Conduct thorough verification of incoming data, identify discrepancies, and perform corrective actions to preserve data integrity.
  • Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports for internal stakeholders, supporting operational decision‑making and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and IT—to gather missing information, clarify data requirements, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive passenger, employee, and corporate data, adhering to GDPR, CCPA, and industry‑specific regulations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple data entry tasks simultaneously, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Essential Qualifications
