Key Responsibilities

  • Program Ownership: Architect and own a sustainable customer advocacy program that delivers memorable experiences, drives repeat engagement, and cultivates a community of proactive advocates.
  • Case‑Study Pipeline: Identify high‑impact customers, negotiate participation, and reward them for sharing their journeys, ensuring a steady flow of compelling case studies.
  • Customer Interviews & Storytelling: Conduct in‑depth interviews with a diverse range of arenaflex customers and partners, translating technical outcomes into human‑focused narratives that resonate with a broad audience.
  • Content Creation: Produce polished case studies, member stories, video testimonials, infographics, and other marketing assets that differentiate arenaflex and showcase measurable results.
  • Asset Management: Build and maintain a searchable internal repository of all customer marketing assets, enabling cross‑functional teams to quickly locate and leverage content.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Lifecycle Marketing to align storytelling with product launches, go‑to‑market strategies, and internal communications.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define success metrics (e.g., advocacy adoption rate, content utilization, lead generation from case studies) and regularly report on program performance to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants, iterate on program design, and implement best practices to keep the advocacy experience fresh and valuable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a closely related discipline, preferably within a high‑growth SaaS or health‑tech environment.
  • Proven ability to design and execute sustainable programs, complete with documented processes, SOPs, and clear communication plans that secure stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of published case studies, whitepapers, or storytelling pieces that demonstrate narrative craftsmanship.
