Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Assist the senior Operations Manager in guiding campaigns from initial order through invoicing, ensuring each step—media planning, trafficking, optimization, reporting—is executed on time and to specification.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Perform precise data entry for campaign orders, creative assets, targeting parameters, and budget allocations across arenaflex’s ad‑tech platforms.
  • Media Planning Support: Contribute to the development of media plans that maximize revenue for arenaflex’s streaming service, websites, apps, and social media channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click‑through rates, view‑through rates, and revenue lift; flag anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for advertisers on operational queries, providing timely updates and troubleshooting campaign issues.
  • Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Creative, and Technology teams to align on campaign objectives, budget approvals, and delivery timelines.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; maintain internal documentation of processes, best practices, and campaign learnings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality across the operations stack.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Fundamental understanding of digital advertising concepts, including programmatic buying, CTV, video, display, and social media advertising.
