Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

  • Order Processing & Stowage: Receive inbound truck deliveries, accurately pick items from inventory, and stow customer orders in designated lockers or staging areas.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet shoppers, answer questions about order status, guide them through the pickup or return process, and provide personalized assistance that reflects the arenaflex commitment to delight.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve common issues such as misplaced items, damaged packages, or payment discrepancies, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Technology Utilization: Operate handheld scanners, mobile apps, and other arenaflex tech tools to track inventory, scan shipments, and update order status in real time.
  • Facility Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; perform opening and closing duties; and ensure lockers are functional and well‑stocked.
  • Physical Handling: Safely lift packages up to 49 lb, use carts, dollies, and hand trucks, and navigate stairs or ramps as required by the site layout.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work part‑time or full‑time schedules between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with the ability to adapt to rotating shifts, weekends, and occasional overnight hours.

Essential Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum age of 18 years and ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Demonstrated reliability in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 49 lb (reasonable accommodations available).
  • Comfort standing and walking for up to five‑hour shifts.
