Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

As the Remote Data Entry & Support Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of our Dispute Resolution department, ensuring that every piece of documentation is captured, organized, and transferred with precision. Your daily activities will include, but are not be limited to:

  • Providing high‑quality administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team, handling inquiries, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Obtaining, reviewing, and organizing legal documentation for both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring completeness and compliance.
  • Transferring data from source documents into arenaflex’s case management systems, maintaining strict data integrity standards.
  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and the Manager of Payer Analysis Operations/Systems to align data workflows with strategic objectives.
  • Prioritizing and triaging work queues to maximize efficiency, meet tight deadlines, and support rapid case resolution.
  • Conducting regular quality checks to verify that all documentation adheres to legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Generating and distributing status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review, highlighting trends and potential bottlenecks.
  • Assisting in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data handling and documentation processes.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior team members on best practices for data entry, document management, and compliance.
  • Participating in cross‑functional meetings to share insights, propose process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
