Position Overview

As a Part-Time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our brand, delivering unparalleled, personalized support to our valued Spanish- and English-speaking customers. Your role goes beyond answering questions—you will be a trusted advisor, a problem solver, and a brand champion who helps customers feel confident in their wellness journey.

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the state of Utah and have a reliable, high-speed internet connection. You will work a consistent part-time schedule that includes evenings, with no weekend shifts required, allowing you to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

Work Schedule

  • Monday & Friday: 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Training Period: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $16.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus and up to $375 in free company products annually.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the arenaflex customer experience team, your daily contributions will shape the way our customers perceive and engage with our brand. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Interaction Management: Handle inbound calls and customer communications in both Spanish and English, addressing inquiries related to orders, account creation, product returns, upgrades, and general account management.
  • Product Expertise and Promotion: Develop a thorough understanding of arenaflex products, promotions, and wellness philosophies. Passionately and authentically promote products to clients, helping them discover solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy in all transactions.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Professionally answer questions regarding products, promotions, services, and events, providing accurate and helpful information that enhances the customer experience.
  • Documentation: Meticulously document all customer interactions for auditing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement purposes.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, de-escalating conflicts when they arise and turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Continuous Learning: Complete daily training modules and stay updated on new product launches, promotional campaigns, and company initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Seek guidance and support from team leaders and other departments as needed to enhance job performance and grow professionally.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain established performance standards, including call quality, customer satisfaction scores, and productivity benchmarks.

Language Proficiency

  • Bilingual Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, including speaking, reading, and writing. You must be able to seamlessly switch between languages to serve a diverse customer base.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, though we welcome motivated individuals who demonstrate a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.

Technical and Workspace Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, and other standard software applications.
  • High-Speed Internet: Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps.
  • Home Workspace: A private, distraction-free workspace where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Residency: Must reside in the state of Utah.
