Position Overview

We are hiring a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing customer support team. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible remote work while building a career in retail customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every interaction reflects the arenaflex commitment to service excellence.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status updates, shipping inquiries, returns, exchanges, and account management questions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system, maintaining thorough records of inquiries, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal departments, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
  • Stay informed about arenaflex products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and share insights with leadership to help improve processes, scripts, and self-service resources.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive customer information, in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, browsers, and software applications simultaneously. Basic troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Working Hours and Schedule
