About the Role
As a Remote Compassionate Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers reaching out with questions about their healthcare benefits, insurance plans, and program options. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, actively listening to each caller's unique situation, demonstrating empathy, and providing accurate, clear information to resolve their needs. Your role is critical in helping individuals understand complex benefit structures and ensuring they feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
This position operates on a first-shift schedule, with the flexibility to work an 8-hour shift anywhere between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The pay rate for this role is competitive, ranging from $14.99 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
