Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in real‑time via the arenaflex chat platform, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
  • Answer a wide variety of inquiries about vehicle inventory, financing options, service appointments, and dealership promotions.
  • Gather essential contact information and qualify leads according to arenaflex’s proven lead‑generation criteria.
  • Schedule test‑drive or service appointments, ensuring seamless hand‑off to the dealership’s sales or service teams.
  • Document each interaction in the arenaflex CRM, summarizing customer needs and preferences for dealer review.
  • Continuously update and expand a shared knowledge base that reflects the latest product releases, promotional offers, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with fellow chat specialists and arenaflex support staff to troubleshoot technical issues and improve chat workflows.
  • Maintain a professional, upbeat demeanor that reflects arenaflex’s brand values, even during high‑volume periods.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in retail customer service, hospitality, or a related field; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based computers, high‑speed internet, and basic troubleshooting of common software tools.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
  • Reliable home office setup, including a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone, and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
