Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our Overnight Remote Customer Service Team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex for patients who need assistance during the night shift, handling prescription refills, order inquiries, insurance questions, and more. Your primary goal is to resolve concerns quickly, accurately, and with a caring attitude, ensuring each caller feels heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from patients and caregivers during the overnight shift (starting at 10 PM EST or later).
  • Provide accurate information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage.
  • Navigate arenaflex’s internal systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, and proprietary pharmacy platforms) to retrieve and update patient records.
  • Resolve complex inquiries on the first call whenever possible, adhering to quality and compliance standards.
  • Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell arenaflex health‑related services, when appropriate, while maintaining a patient‑first focus.
  • Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and other departments to troubleshoot escalated issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, virtual job tryouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months of customer service experience in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume call queues while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
