Clinical Healthcare Recruiter - Contract - Remote

About the position This role is responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions. This includes understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels like social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summarizing candidate profiles, and presenting qualified candidates. The recruiter will identify candidates with the appropriate skills to match job requirements and regularly interact with Hiring Managers to understand openings, shifts, and all other requirements. Effective resourcing strategies such as cold calling, utilizing ATS and job boards, engaging with schools, networking, and leveraging employee referrals are expected. The role requires experience in the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening resumes, interviewing, and extending offers, as well as maintaining the candidate database.

Responsibilities

  • Performing full cycle recruiting functions including job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing and presentation.
  • Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
  • Regularly interacting with Hiring Manager to understand the openings, shifts, and all requirements.
  • Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as cold calling, ATS and job board sourcing, schools, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension).
  • Maintaining the candidate database.

Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience in a clinical healthcare recruitment role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards.
  • Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
