Key Responsibilities

  • Data Acquisition & Verification: Collect, validate, and upload fingerprint and background‑check results from multiple sources, including TSA, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service databases.
  • Database Management: Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into the Access database, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and ensure seamless integration with HRIS and EC platforms.
  • Compliance Auditing: Conduct high‑level audits of fingerprint applications, verify accuracy, and coordinate any necessary re‑submissions to the TSA Clearinghouse.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design and maintain custom dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into compliance metrics, data quality, and processing timelines.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—including HR, Security, and IT—to align processes, resolve data issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
