Position Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Consultant for arenaxflex, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our online car‑buying platform. Working from the comfort of your home while staying within an hour’s drive of our Milwaukee Customer Experience Center (CEC), you will connect with inbound customers via phone, chat, and email, guiding them through every step of the vehicle acquisition journey. Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound customers across multiple digital channels (phone, live chat, email) to assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
