Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Iowa Location: Johnston, Iowa Job Types: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits Are you a compassionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? - Provide virtual mental health counseling to individuals, couples, or families
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support client progress
- Maintain timely and accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
Requirements
- Active LMHC license in the state of Iowa (required)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
