We’re in growth mode and looking to add a dynamic Sr. Director or VP (DOE), Business Operations, reporting to CFO. What you’ll own and be responsible for:

  • Strategically identify, size and prioritize enterprise-wide projects that optimize PayNearMe's ability to support rapid expansion.
  • Lead project-based initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement operational best practices, with a primary focus on streamlining cross-functional business processes.
  • Partner with leaders from various functions and technical teams to establish data and system requirements that align with operational needs.
  • Provide guidance in the selection, optimization and rationalization of enterprise tools that support cross-functional processes, including Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and more.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to delineate the boundaries between product functionality and enterprise tools, ensuring an aligned enterprise IT strategy.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across all functions and levels within an organization, effectively driving projects to successful completion.
  • Proven expertise in problem-solving and process improvement, encompassing issue identification, process mapping, opportunity quantification, prioritization, and solution design.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver engaging presentations to large groups.
  • Comfort working within a widely distributed team in a fast-paced environment, where goals may be ambiguous or subject to rapid change.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies or Project Management methodologies is a significant advantage.
  • Experience owning, integrating and supporting key enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience within the payments industry is a valuable asset.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is highly desirable
  • A substantial 10+ years of relevant experience in Service Operations or Management Consulting. Location: Flexible/Remote Travel: Team meetings 6x a year Benefits
