Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior graphic designers in the conceptualization, creation, and execution of various design projects, including digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, web graphics, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Prepare and optimize design files meticulously for both print and digital distribution, rigorously ensuring accuracy, technical specifications, and strict adherence to established brand guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research on emerging design trends, competitor visual strategies, and industry best practices to inform and enhance creative decision-making and project strategies.
• Maintain, organize, and update digital asset libraries, ensuring all files are properly categorized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to the wider team.
• Provide support in basic photo editing, retouching, cropping, and manipulation tasks as needed to refine visual content.
• Collaborate effectively and transparently with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and web development, to thoroughly understand project requirements and deliver cohesive, integrated visual solutions.
• Skillfully incorporate feedback from lead designers and clients into design revisions, demonstrating strong attention to detail, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Manage multiple design tasks and project workflows simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and communicating progress proactively and transparently.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh, innovative ideas and creative perspectives to enhance ongoing and upcoming projects.

Required Skills

• Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
