As a part-time Flexnity Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous customer service experience preferred. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
