Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Airline Support, Reservations & Client Success to join our growing team of home-based professionals. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions that directly impact customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear, accurate, and helpful information at all times.
  • Travel Information Support: Offer detailed guidance on flight schedules, booking procedures, baggage policies, loyalty programs, and general travel-related questions.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving a wide range of issues, including reservation changes, cancellations, refunds, seat assignments, and special travel requests.
  • Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the company database, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
