Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Entry‑Level Data Entry & Operations Coordinator to join our New Verticals division (renamed arenaflex). In this role you will be the operational backbone for multiple arenaflex sites, ensuring that daily processes run smoothly, data is captured accurately, and cross‑functional teams have the tools they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position blends meticulous data‑entry work with strategic operational oversight, making it ideal for candidates who love both detail‑oriented tasks and big‑picture problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of Site Leads (4+ direct reports), Managers, and Operations Associates (30+ total reports). Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and inclusive collaboration.
- Site Operations Management: Own the day‑to‑day execution of 2‑4 arenaflex locations, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment time, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
- Process Design & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, design scalable SOPs, and lead process‑improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce error rates, and enhance the employee experience.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Perform high‑volume data entry with a focus on accuracy, maintain master data sets, and generate regular operational dashboards for senior leadership.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to ensure site‑level decisions align with broader arenaflex objectives.
- Customer Experience Advocacy: Ensure each site delivers the best possible experience for shoppers, merchants, and delivery partners by providing timely resources, training, and support.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce all safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or a comparable fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ individuals.
