Role Overview

We are seeking a charismatic, detail‑oriented Social Media Messenger Chat Specialist to become the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex. In this role, you will engage prospects who have expressed interest in our programs, nurture those conversations, and schedule high‑quality sales calls for our elite sales team. This is a remote, part‑time position with a flexible schedule that allows you to choose your own hours (5‑10 hours per week). Compensation is 100 % commission‑based, complemented by performance bonuses that reward consistency, speed, and conversion excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversation Management

  • Master the proprietary “Messenger Process” that arenasflex uses to generate organic leads on Facebook, Instagram, and email platforms.
  • Initiate, respond to, and sustain engaging conversations with prospects, always aligning with arenaflex’s brand voice and communication style.
  • Qualify leads by uncovering motivations, challenges, and goals, then seamlessly transition them to a scheduled sales call.
  • Maintain a meticulous log of every interaction, tracking lead source, conversation notes, and conversion metrics in Google Sheets.

Performance Tracking & Team Collaboration

  • Achieve a minimum KPI of 0.5 qualified leads per hour while maintaining a high level of conversation quality.
  • Participate in weekly Chat Team meetings to review performance data, celebrate wins, and share best practices.
  • Attend company‑wide huddles to stay aligned with arenaflex’s broader objectives, upcoming campaigns, and cultural initiatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to peers and be open to coaching that helps you refine your messaging techniques.

Essential Qualifications
