Position Overview – Inside Sales Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results‑driven Inside Sales Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic sales organization. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex for inbound and outbound sales interactions, delivering product expertise, resolving inquiries, and driving revenue through strategic relationship building. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to provide accurate product and service information, introduce new promotions, and generate qualified leads.
  • Solution‑Oriented Support: Diagnose customer needs, recommend appropriate arenaflex solutions, and guide prospects through the sales funnel to successful closure.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business objectives.
  • Order Processing & Tracking: Accurately enter, monitor, and track sales orders in the CRM system, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive communication of order status.
  • Market Intelligence: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities; share insights with leadership to inform product positioning and promotional tactics.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and review sales performance reports, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions to improve account health and revenue outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related sales‑focused role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
