As a Remote Data Entry & Business Support Specialist, you will work closely with senior leadership—including the Chief and Vice President of Business Development—as well as with vendors, buyers, and cross‑functional partners. Your primary mission is to translate raw market data into actionable intelligence, support sales initiatives, and help drive revenue growth across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, validate, and maintain large volumes of product, vendor, and market data in arenaflex’s enterprise systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex’s product portfolio, vendor relationships, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with arenaflex buyers to align product offerings with strategic category objectives and seasonal plans.
  • Proactively generate leads by researching potential new vendors and presenting compelling value propositions to arenaflex procurement teams.

Essential Qualifications
