Position Summary

The Data Entry Specialist – Service Operations at arenaflex is responsible for the accurate capture, verification, and maintenance of critical service‑related data. This includes work orders, invoices, and client‑facing reports that feed into our billing, auditing, and performance‑tracking systems. The specialist will act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that duplicate charges and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly, thereby safeguarding our customers’ bottom line and reinforcing the trust they place in arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing & Entry

  • Enter work order details, invoice line items, and related service data into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with a target accuracy rate of 99.9%.
  • Maintain consistent formatting standards for all entries to facilitate downstream reporting and analytics.
  • Perform routine data clean‑up activities, including de‑duplication, standardization of terminology, and correction of typographical errors.

Quality Assurance & Auditing

  • Serve as the primary reviewer for potential duplicate charges, ensuring that each invoice reflects only legitimate, billable services.
  • Conduct discrepancy investigations by cross‑referencing work orders, service logs, and client contracts to identify root causes of billing errors.
  • Document audit findings and recommend process enhancements that reduce future occurrences of over‑billing or under‑billing.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with service providers, field technicians, and Customer Service Managers to verify service completion details and resolve data gaps.

Essential Qualifications
