Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative on a fully remote basis. This position is open exclusively to candidates who reside in the state of Maine. Essential Qualifications

Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated home workspace free from distractions, with sufficient room for a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam.
  • Reliable wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload). Candidates must be able to verify speed using a tool such as speedtest.net.
