[Remote] AWS Business Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking an AWS Business Operations Specialist to join their organization. In this role, you will enhance the productivity and growth of AWS-driven initiatives by overseeing various elements of AWS business operations, including CRM oversight, project management, and process refinement.

Responsibilities

  • Review AWS sales figures and operational statistics, manage internal CRM tools, track AWS ACE pipeline, and handle revenue, consumption, and forecasting tasks
  • Work alongside the Operations team to ensure accuracy and consistency of data in both internal and external reports
  • Discover and suggest ways to improve operational procedures to enhance AWS business performance
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial summaries and assist in creating presentations for top management
  • Collaborate with project groups to facilitate the smooth execution and completion of AWS opportunities
  • Support the tracking of project timelines, milestones, and key deliverables to help meet business goals
  • Join partner and alliance planning discussions, including resource planning and risk evaluation
  • Find and address process inefficiencies, recommending actions to optimize business workflows
  • Introduce best practices and automation to streamline operational activities

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, information technology, or a similar area
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the IT field
  • Minimum of 3 years in supervisory, managerial, ownership, architectural, or coordination roles
  • At least 2 years leading teams of 20 or more members
  • Experience with at least 5 full project lifecycles or involvement in launching a product or major feature
  • Self-starter with the ability to structure, interpret, and act on analytical findings
  • Established experience in business operations and partnership management
  • Advanced analytical skills with a background in financial data analysis
  • Background in project management, including use of project management applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with stakeholders
  • Able to operate independently and as part of a collaborative group
  • Excellent at resolving issues and making sound decisions
  • Knowledge of cloud security protocols and compliance guidelines
  • Advanced command of English, both spoken and written
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity at a System Integrator (SI) or Global System Integrator (GSI)
  • Proficiency in developing automated self-service analytics and dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable solutions
