Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Precision Technologies is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with over 10 years of experience in designing user-centric applications. The role involves leading UI/UX design activities, conducting user research, and collaborating with various teams to deliver intuitive web and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design activities from research to final delivery
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams
Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across platforms

Skills

10+ years of UI/UX Design experience
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Strong experience with User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Design Systems
Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
Experience working closely with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of Accessibility (WCAG) standards
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience with top-tier MNCs in India
Strong professional experience in the USA
Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or technology solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading design teams
Design System implementation experience
Exposure to AI-powered applications and modern UX practices
