[Remote] Recruiter

The Methodical Group is a global provider of IT Services, Consulting, and Specialized Staffing Solutions with over 25 years of experience. They are seeking a full-time Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring client staffing needs are met with high-quality talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for client-facing roles
• Source candidates primarily through Indeed and LinkedIn
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication
• Support internal hiring needs as well as external client recruitment
• Maintain organized pipelines, trackers, and hiring documentation
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and priorities
• Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive candidate experience

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of recent recruitment experience using Indeed and LinkedIn
• Proven ability to manage both internal and external hiring processes
• Willingness to work graveyard / night shift
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and workflows
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and juggling multiple open roles
• Experience with JobDiva is preferred but not required
• Proactive and resourceful in sourcing talent
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Takes ownership of deliverables and timelines
• Adaptable, collaborative, and professional in candidate interactions
• Motivated to grow within a global staffing and consulting environment
