[Remote] Social & Influencer Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Boppo is a screen-free tablet designed to support children’s learning and play. They are looking for a strategic and creative Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to own Boppo's organic social presence and influencer/affiliate program, which is central to their community growth and creator strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own our content calendar and manage day-to-day activity across Instagram and TikTok, including planning, posting, and community engagement
- Own the influencer gifting pipeline and affiliate program, including documentation and tracking
- Coordinate creator briefs for paid partnerships and partnership ad campaigns
- Support UGC sourcing and surface content for paid media amplification
- Maintain the Boppo blog with periodic content updates and guest coordination
- Own analytics and reporting for social, content, and creator channels
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content marketing
- DTC/Consumer experience required. Experience reaching parent audiences is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of video content creation
- Experience managing influencer relationships and gifting programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools a plus
- Passion for children's products, parenting solutions, or family lifestyle content preferred
