[Remote] Key Account Manager Americas

Stokke is a company focused on parent and child relationships, seeking a Key Account Manager Americas to drive growth across key accounts. In this role, you will manage relationships, sales performance, and strategic development while collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong business results.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key accounts, driving sales performance and strengthening relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Build long-term partnerships and expand Stokke’s footprint across accounts
  • Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and joint business plans
  • Provide clear, actionable sales reporting and insights to guide decisions
  • Partner with internal teams to align on strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Work closely with marketing on product growth initiatives
  • Evaluate pricing, competition, and market trends to ensure competitiveness
  • Forecast sales volumes and profitability across existing and new products
  • Drive co‑op planning and performance reviews with accounts

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with retailer systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business (15-25% if needed)
  • Preferred location: Midwest or Pacific Northwest | United States
