[Remote] Data and Analytics Project Manager

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analytics & Cloud Solutions Consultant to design, develop, and implement scalable data and analytics solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into innovative data-driven solutions that improve decision-making and support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data and analytics solutions to support business objectives
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making
- Support enterprise data architecture, integration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through data and analytics
- Lead data-focused projects and initiatives from concept through implementation
- Facilitate discussions among technical and business stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, analytics tools, and AI-enabled solutions to support innovation
- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices across analytics and reporting environments
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, cloud technologies, digital transformation, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS cloud environments
- Strong experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions and driving consensus among diverse teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions
- Utility industry experience
- Experience supporting enterprise data modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of data architecture, data integration, and cloud-native analytics platforms
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics technologies
